Heddon Street is a small lane just off Regent Street in the heart of London. An older Bowie dreams his way into fragments of his past life, back to a wet and cold night on 13th January, 1972. He glimpses an old fashioned phone box with his youthful image inside, familiar signs and windows lit for the long winter. "Just the beer light to guide us....." he sings to himself and wanders off to nearby Piccadilly..
This is a one-off Original piece on Saunders Waterford 300gsm HP paper, using mixed media including Watercolour Paint, Acrylic Paint, Inktense Pencils and occasionally Unison Colour Soft Pastels.
