Hugely instrumental in the Yardbirds' evolution, Jeff pioneered a new way of playing guitar alongside Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton. "Roger the Engineer" came out in the magical summer of 1966, and stands the test of time brilliantly.
I've painted Jeff in his later years with his Fender Strat. Another genius gone too soon. RIP Jeff.
