I often find myself listening to sixties Rolling Stones. It came out in September 1966 just as I was starting my higher years at Aberdeen Academy. Happy, uncomplicated days with this as a soundtrack. The idea is pretty simple, but it was tricky to execute. I will always be grateful that I was born in 1949....free education, free school milk, no war to fight, the NHS was available to all etc. Without the last on that list I doubt I would have made my teen years, so a massive thank you to Aneurin Bevan and the Labour Party!
