I watched the movie again at the start of 2015, a high definition remastered version for our new age, and it was superb! It inspired a new set of paintings, each face individually painted with older Beatles depicted from the 1967 period. Lost in nostalgia and with the soundtrack blaring, I scratched away for a fortnight making these Chaplinesque images. A hard days doodle.

This is a one-off Original piece on Saunders Waterford 300gsm HP paper, using mixed media including Watercolour Paint, Acrylic Paint, Inktense Pencils and occasionally Unison Colour Soft Pastels.
